Robert O'Neil

I have been studying, writing, and performing poetry for over 40 years. My main interest is promote the art of poetry and bring new audiences to the art form. I love working with artists from other artistic disciplines such as music, dance, and technology. My last DVD “Looking East” won the people’s choice award at the 2007 Prince Albert Art Gallery’s International Film Festival at Waskesiu.

I enjoy performing live and I am planning to shoot another DVD of one of my poems this Summer. My interest now is to move more of my poetry to the medium of film and video.
